Here's everything you need to know about accessibility at TSB Arena if you're attending an event

Wheelchair access

TSB Arena has wheelchair access to the ground floor. Accessible seat locations differ for each event because the arena is a flexi-venue. For event-specific seats, please visit the event page on the Ticketmaster website or contact Venues Wellington.

Wheelchairs provided by the venue

Wheelchairs are available at the venue but require you to give advanced notice so we can ensure they are on-site during the event. If you would like access to a wheelchair, contact Venues Wellington.

Reduced mobility access

  • TSB Arena has accessible seating for every show, with wheelchair access to the ground floor.
  • The upstairs seating is not suitable for wheelchair users.
  • There is elevator access to the upstairs seating for people with reduced mobility.

Additional information:
When seated, walkers need to be stored under your seat for the duration of the show, to avoid creating a safety hazard. If you need additional assistance at the venue, please ask our friendly staff, who are trained to help.

Parking, drop off and pick up points

Wilson Carpark, located under TSB Arena, has mobility parking spaces. There is a drop off zone close to the Arena entrance, accessible from Jervois Quay.

If you're planning on driving to an event, allow extra time to find a carpark. Or if taking public transport, there are Metlink bus stops in the area.

Visually impaired

Guide dogs, FOH help, audio described performances & touch tours

As per the Human Rights Act 1993 and the Dog Control Act 1996, guide dogs are welcome at TSB Arena. If you're attending an event and plan on bringing your guide dog, let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate accordingly.

Hearing impaired

Audio loops & sign language interpreted performances

TSB Arena has an audio loop available for patrons with hearing impairments. The audio is available for all patrons seated in Block 8.
