Everything you need to know before attending an event at a Venues Wellington venue

Know before you go

Our staff and patrons’ safety is our top priority, as such we're following all official Ministry of Health guidelines.

Venues Wellington is taking the following actions to reduce the risk of COVID-19 in our venues:

You are encouraged to wear a mask and if you are ill, please stay at home.
Recommended health and hygiene protocols from Government are visibly promoted.
Staff and visitors are encouraged to adopt best practice health and hygiene habits i.e. washing hands regularly.
An enhanced cleaning schedule in place, including frequently disinfecting all high touch surface areas (door handles, light switches etc.) using hospital grade, long lasting disinfectant.
If you don't follow COVID-19 related instructions at the venue from our staff, you may be asked to leave the venue.

Venues Wellington reserves the right to refuse admission or require the ticket holder to leave the venue without compensation if a ticket holder refuses to comply with the direction of Venue Staff.

Where to buy tickets

Ticketmaster is the official ticketing agent for all events at Venues Wellington venues.

You can purchase tickets online through our events page, Ticketmaster, or in person at one of our venue Box Offices or the Wellington i-SITE.

Wellington i-SITE operating hours

Monday - Wednesday: 8.30am-3.30pm
Thursday - Friday: 8.30am-5:00pm
Saturday - Sunday: 9.00am-5.00pm

Only buy tickets from an authorised seller

To make sure you don’t miss out on attending an event, please only buy tickets from Ticketmaster.

We advise that patrons do not purchase any tickets through unauthorised resellers such as Viagogo or TradeMe as these websites often sell duplicate or fraudulent tickets.

The venue is not obligated to allow entry if you have purchased from an unauthorised reseller.

Parking

There is no public off-street parking at any of our venues.

If you are planning on driving to an event, we recommend giving yourself plenty of time to find a carpark.

Our venues have convenient street parking, and parking buildings nearby. Check Wellington City Council's information on parking.

Public transport

Our venues are located in the heart of Wellington City, making walking and public transport easy and reliable.
If you need to get around the city, taxis, buses, and trains are easily accessible.
